A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping within Australia usually takes 2–5 business days.

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: Yes, I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped, if altered, sized, or damaged, the item will not be accepted. Please head to contact page and leave me a message, I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Q: Do you offer layby?

A: Yes! You can secure your piece with a 20% deposit and pay the balance within 8 weeks. Once fully paid, we’ll ship your jewellery.

Q: How should I care for my jewellery?

A: Keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, and lotions. Store in a dry place when not in use.

A: Yes! Every order comes in our signature packaging, perfect for gifting.
