Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

1. All domestic orders are delivered using Australia Post’s express postal service. For metro AUS ,it takes 3-7 business days , for regional AUS , it takes  4-9 business days . 
   
   
2. All international orders are delivered using Australia Post’s International express postal service.

 

Q: Do you offer returns?

A: Yes, I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped, if altered, sized, or damaged, the item will not be accepted.

Q: Do you offer layby?

A: Yes. please contact jewellery by Serena Estelle to organise

1. A minimum and non-refundable deposit amount of 25% of the total item price is required.
   
2. The maximum term of a lay-by is three (3) months.
3. To maintain the lay-by, the customer must make monthly instalment payments as a minimum.
4. Should the minimum monthly payment schedule not be maintained the lay-by may be cancelled by Jewellery by Serena Estelle.
   
5. Cancellation of a lay-by will incur a termination fee of $50.
