Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, and with any original packaging.

Items that have been altered, resized, damaged, or modified after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Layby purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

To request a return, please contact us at jewellerybyserenaestelle@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved and received, any applicable refund will be processed to your original payment method.
