If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll probably know that my favourite gemstone is the pearl. 🤍

I honestly think pearls are one of the most underrated gemstones.

For a start, every other gemstone comes from the earth, but pearls come from a living oyster. It takes a living creature to create these beautiful treasures, layer by layer, over time. I think there’s something incredibly special about that.

To me, pearls represent resilience and quiet confidence. They begin as an irritation, yet through patience and time, they transform into something beautiful. I love that symbolism because life has a way of shaping all of us too.

And last but certainly not least… very few pearls are completely flawless. Most have tiny natural blemishes or unique characteristics. They’re not perfect, just like us, and yet they’re still absolutely beautiful. In fact, I think those little imperfections are exactly what make each pearl so special.
