Most baroque pearls I come across are creamy white or grey, so when I saw this one, I was completely smitten. I have a real soft spot for pearls, so when I select one for my collection, I want it to be something truly special.

This statement pendant features a genuine baroque pearl with luminous pink and violet overtones that shift beautifully in the light.

Its natural irregularity is part of its beauty. No two baroque pearls are ever exactly alike — and that's precisely what makes them so captivating.

With colours this beautiful, I wanted the setting to complement rather than compete with the pearl. I chose a rich purple amethyst set in glowing 9ct rose gold, creating a beautiful balance between organic elegance and bold detail.
