💙 I honestly think Tanzanite is one of the most underrated gemstones.
There’s something about this stone that I absolutely love — that incredible deep blue with flashes of violet, especially when it’s surrounded by diamonds. ✨
And then there’s the rarity.
Tanzanite is often described as around 100 times rarer than diamonds, and it has something diamonds simply don’t have: one known commercial source on Earth — the Merelani Hills of northern Tanzania
Unlike ruby and sapphire, commercially available synthetic Tanzanite is not commonly found in the gemstone market. ( it basically means they can’t even lab create this stone like they did with other stones)
That makes natural Tanzanite even more fascinating to me. 💙
And this particular stone is a beautiful example — a 4.07ct natural Tanzanite surrounded by a sparkling diamond halo and set in 14ct white gold.
The colour, the rarity and the fact that its natural source is limited to one small part of the world make Tanzanite such a special gemstone.
Honestly, I think it deserves far more appreciation than it gets. 💙✨

A beautiful example of why this type of halo setting is so sought after — the diamonds frame the colour, the colour makes the diamonds sparkle, and the two together create something much more striking than either would be on its own.
Thank you
